In court Viacom has been trying to prove that Youtube was "founded with bad intentions", and asks the judge to believe that "YouTube is like Napster or Grokster". Youtube decided last week, enough is enough, and chose to reveal Viacom's shady marketing tactics publicly on the official Youtube blog. Check out an interesting snip-it below.

I haven't really had a chance to get involved with Google Buzz much beyond setting it up but I always get excited about any cool new gadget for my Droid.
